CLS Law is an aggressive personal injury litigation firm which only represents injury victims. We handle complex cases, generally including auto accidents, premise liability matters, and select medical malpractice cases. We also maintain a small docket, enabling us to best serve our clients and to ensure they receive exceptional results from the office to the courtroom. We're searching for a self-motivated Litigation Paralegal to join our team who will focus their efforts on working files in active litigation and helping to develop winning cases.This position requires someone who is organized, communicates well with both clients and opposing attorneys / insurance adjusters, is an excellent writer, and can provide administrative support with an eye for detail. The firm primarily interacts with insurance adjusters, insurance defense lawyers, and large corporate defendants. We make it a priority to maintain quality professional relationships and to treat everyone that contacts the office with courtesy and kindness. Hence, the ideal candidate should be friendly, accomodating, and operate well under stress.

EXPERIENCE:
*Prior personal injury experience is necessary for this role (3 years). This role is for an experienced PI paralegal. You will need to know how develop an action from complaint through trial, and will have significant input.
*Litigation / trial experience required
*Prior insurance claims or insurance defense experience is a plus.
Qualifications:
2-year degree or Paralegal Cert acceptable, Bachelor's preferred.
